2026-2027 season sign-ups are open!

1. Sign up at the Google Form below. Once signed-up please add [email protected] and [email protected] to your address book so you don't miss any critical information. You can also follow us on Instagram @cyoscorchestra for updates.
2. Submit the $40 audition fee when signing up. Please note that without this fee, your video will not be processed.
3. Choose and prepare the excerpt that best reflects your current ability.
4. Record one prescreening audition video that includes:
- The student clearly stating their name and grade
- A major scale of your choice (1, 2, or 3 octaves)
- A solo work that best demonstrates your ability (no more than 2 mins)
- The excerpt for your instrument
4. Starting in early August, we will schedule in-person auditions which will take place August 25-28, 2026. We will email you the details of the exact date and time of your audition. The first week of September, we will email you to let you know the outcome of your audition. If you are offered a place and choose to accept it, you will be sent:
5. Rehearsals start on September 11th, 2026. The full season calendar can be found at the link below. Please ensure that you are able to attend rehearsals and the Finale Concert.
- A link to pay tuition. Tuition for the season is $875 per student (if paying by check or Zelle tuition is $850) and is non-refundable. Siblings get a 10% discount. Tuition is due before the first rehearsal on September 11th, 2026
- Reminder: You will have signed a contract regarding attendance and behavior. Students unable to attend more than 5 rehearsals during the season will not be able to play concerts and risk being removed from their ensembles.
